HCPT- 2G SSV DRIVE TEST METHOD

1.      Tools:

MS1: Sony Ericsson K800 (idle mode)

MS2: Sony Ericsson K790 (dedicated mode + packet data test)

2.      Drive Test Method:

a.       Voice Stationary Test:

1.      Functional Test Call: 10 second voice call for each sector (destination number 212).

2.      Handover Test: used Lock Handover Target Mode for each sector (Inter Handover and Intra Handover).

3.      SMS Test (MS1 to MS2).

4.      2G to 3G Cell Reselection: MS1 lock BCCH each sector and change TEMS Network Mode from GSM to WCDMA.

b.      Voice Moving Test:

1.      MS1 locked all BCCH of tested site, idle mode.

2.      MS2 unlocked BCCH, call 212 (120 second call/10 second idle). Do Drive Test at each antenna main-lobe direction until low signal level. Make sure there are no Cross Feeder occurred.

c.       Stationary Data Transfer Test:

1.      MS1 locked each BCCH (idle mode).

2.      MS2 FTP Test each sector (UL 300 KB / DL 1 MB).

HCPT 3G SSV DRIVE TEST METHOD

1. Tools

MS1: Sony Ericsson K800 (idle mode)

MS2: Sony Ericsson K800 (dedicated mode + packet data test)

MS3: Sony Ericsson K800 (idle mode +)

For Static test

MS2: Modem / Sony Ericsson K800

2. Mobility Test, Check coverage & cross feeder
    - MS 1 Idle Mode, Lock WCDMA
    - MS 2 Dedicated Mode, Lock WCDMA
    - MS 3 Idle Mode, Lock WCDMA and Lock Scrambling Code (SC) all sector.

3. Stationary test
    - MS2: Test call to 212 (lock WCDMA, lock per sector if need)
    - MS2: Test call to terminating (MS1) (Lock WCDMA, lock per sector if need)
    - MS2: Test Video call to terminating (MS1) (Lock WCDMA, lock per sector if need)
    - MS2: Test iRat. (Call to 212 in normal mode from WCDMA then HO to GSM)
    - MS2: Download test 3MB (Lock WCDMA, lock per sector if need)
    - MS2: Upload test 1MB (Lock WCDMA, lock per sector if need)
    - MS2: HSDPA test (with modem, DL-3MB) - Lock WCDMA
